Quick response, and I asked them to do a few things but he told me the issue with one of them was user error so saved me money! I appreciate ethical people who just aren’t out to gouge us. Michael was early, fast, neat and fixed it perfectly. Then listening to me he made some suggestions for the future. I’d recommend them, and I’ll definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I have called/used American Brothers plumbing for repairs, water heater installation. I will be using them to replumb our home. They are fast. reliable, and fair.
We called American brothers plumbing because our water softener had stopped working and was leaking. Someone came out right away and inspected our system and we observed it was best to get a new system. They were here bright and early the next morning on time and replaced the system. This company is wonderful. They are professional they are friendly they care about the customer and they have a very good business model. I think more companies should follow their lead and be more like them. I’m very pleased and I recommend them a 100%

I never imagined I could have a bathroom this fine, and now it’s a reality thanks to American Brothers Plumbing. I didn’t know what I was getting into at first, but they guided me every step of the way, from picking out designs and tile to selecting the fixtures. American Brothers was absolutely amazing. They instantly responded to our service call for a massive leak in the reverse osmosis system under our sink (on Christmas Eve Eve no less) and had a technician out the next morning right at 8:00am (on Christmas Eve!). Chris was quick to diagnose the problem, acquire the necessary parts, and fix our leak. Not only that, they charged a fair price for the work and were able to expeditiously complete the repair. American Brothers legitimately saved our Christmas, and that says something in 2020. We will definitely call them again for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to all of our friends and family.

We purchased two bathroom sink faucets and made the attempt to install ourselves. To our surprise, we needed certain tools to complete the job. I reached out on Yelp and American Brothers replied right away. I spoke with Brian and he was able to set up a free estimate the next day (Saturday). On Saturday, Anthony came out and gave us a fair quote and we decided to move forward with the project. Anthony completed all of the work and did a fantastic job.
I also was made aware that the company does other household projects too. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing projects!

I was having issues with my tankless heater. Was able to schedule them for the next day. Not only were they able to fix my issue in under an hour, they were able to bump up the temperature output. Saved me from having a new unit installed.-Robert H.
My experience with this company has been short but sweet. My first contact was with the office manager, I think his name is Brian. He worked with me several times to work their tech into my schedule and was most personable and helpful. I had a fair amount of plumbing issues for my rental property. A few companies I called for estimates were very high and the attitude of the tech was “your house is in bad shape and needs a lot of work”. After his sales pitch, they sent in the “closer” to finalize the deal, but I didn’t like their aggressive stance. American Brothers really impressed me by sending Clint Adams to do my work. He singlehandedly changed out my old hot water tank, rebuilt my toilet, adjusted another one, and installed two new faucets in the bathroom. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he was a very personable man who explained everything to me who understands very little of plumbing issues. As a retired military guy, I appreciated that the company hires veterans and their phone number says it all. I was also impressed with Clint’s workmanship and how he was very neat and kept my place clean. I told him next year I will ask for him personally; however, I think anyone would do well with any of the technicians, as the company itself is very consumer-focused and offers excellent work at a fair price. I would heartily recommend them.

5 stars—This is the most professional company I have worked with since moving to Nevada 10 years ago. I wish others could follow their lead. From the first phone call to follow up questions, everyone has been honest, concerned, and helpful. I had an issue with my aqua-heating system after the water heater was replaced. They helped me figure out and fix the problem, something another company would not have done. I rarely post reviews. These guys deserve it.
Another 5 star review for these guys! After a fantastic job last year helping me out with a different issue, I knew as soon as I saw a new leak who I’d be calling.
Chris came out today, quoted me a fair price and took care of my problem quickly. He is a super friendly guy I enjoyed chatting with who was happy to explain everything to me before, during and after the repair.
I hope not to need a plumber again, but as a homeowner, it is of course inevitable. I am really happy I found a plumber I trust!

My water heater died a couple of weeks ago and I called American Bro’s. Teri answered the phone and was very professional, calming and helpful (me out of my mind with water going everywhere), she was able to send Michael out that day which was a huge miracle. Michael arrived within hours of the call, got the water off and began draining the old water heater. This saved me so much money because of the damage the water could of caused. I wasn’t sure how long I would be out of water because I wanted to upgrade to a tankless unit, but Michael ordered the new heater and said he would return first thing the next day. Sure enough, he had the old heater removed and the tankless on installed an running within hours. I can not express how completely amazing these guys are, they are professional, courteous and do what they say they will do. Michael – you are the best, thank you for your customer service, you are a true pro.
If you are in need of a plumber, I strongly recommend this Company because they are fortunate enough to have such an amazing team member like Michael. Michael went over and beyond during my time of despair. I needed a repair done to my water heater to meet inspection so I can sell my home and needed it done yesterday! He understood the importance of the matter and was there the next day. He had the upmost respect and world class customer service. His years of experience and knowledge in the industry truly helped me be more at ease and I consider myself blessed that he was plumber assigned for my repair order. I just had an all-star experience with American Bros. A pipe in my wall was leaking and needed immediate attention. Chris and Vincent dropped everything and came to the rescue.
Both guys were very professional and moved quickly to stop the running water. Then they got to work in a very tight space to repair the pipe.
The price was about half as much as I was expecting to pay given the circumstances.
Based on my experience, I’d highly recommend American Brothers to anyone looking for a plumber in Vegas. I’ll be using them from now on.

Chris and Mike a great! They are very punctual, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. They worked together to get the vapor sensor and exhaust piping replaced on my water heater. They were done in no time at all. They even took the time to look at a couple of other repairs that are needed around the house in order to give me an estimate while they were there.
